Senturance, Inc. provides a platform that allows users to obtain, compare, and manage insurance policies from various third-party insurance carriers. Our AI assistant, Gemma, provides recommendations and support. All insurance policies are offered by and subject to the terms of the respective insurance carriers. We are an independent insurance agency and do not underwrite policies ourselves.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information provided, including quotes and recommendations. All insurance quotes are estimates and are not binding until a policy is issued by the carrier. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Senturance, Inc., or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
